"Civil Service Commissioner Ferdinand Q. Morton received further support of his candidacy as Democratic leader of the 19th Assembly District when the Citizens' Democratic Club of which Dr. L. B. Capehart is executive member unanimously declared for his election. Speaking at his club, at 204 Lenox Avenue...
