"The Mayor's Commission on Conditions in Harlem will meet Tuesday at the Seventh District Municipal Court, 447 West 151st Street, to decide on the future course of investigations. The commission, which was appointed by Mayor Fiorello H LaGuardia to investigate conditions leading to the disturbance of March 19, has held no hearings since June 14, when a session on relief, presided over by Justice Charles E. Toney, broke up in a near riot."
