A mass meeting on Municipal Housing was sponsored by the North Harlem Community Council and the Lyceum of St. Marks M.E. Church. Hundreds of people attended, and the guest speaker the Hon. William C. Dodge (District Attorney of New York City) spoke on the relationship between crime and poor housing conditions.
