While the deponent [Pryor] was in his West 134th Street apartment, the defendants [Boulden, Pierce, Nash] and three other men knocked on his door and, upon being let in, asked for something to drink. When the deponent informed them that he had nothing, they left, only to return a short while later. Once back inside, the defendant pointed a revolver at the deponent, while the other men “held open knives.” After stealing $20 cash from his pocket, the men fled the scene.
