"When the SS. Olympic sailed yesterday (Friday) for England, on board were the Rev. and Mrs. Joseph J. Morford, who are pictured here. After a short time there, they will go to Koko Town, Nigeria, West Africa. A farewell reception was given at St. Martin's Church on Sunday night for the couple. In recognition of the minister's service to the church as assistant pastor for two-and-half years, he was presented with a purse containing $100, a stole, and numerous personal gifts."
