While in the hallway of an East 117th Street building, the defendant, in concert with another unidentified man, “did order deponent to put up his hands.” The defendant then “seized” the deponent while the unidentified man stole $3 and two packs of cigarettes from his person. A chase then ensued, during which the defendant was apprehended by a police officer at 119th St. and Fifth Avenue.
