After burglarizing an apartment at 714 Ninth Avenue, the defendant [Levy] was arrested by a police officer at East 116th Street and Madison Avenue. After returning a watch that had been stolen from said premises, the defendant took the police officer to his room at 1 West 121st Street, where a quantity of stolen clothing was also located.
