The defendant [Green], acting in concert with another man not arrested, "seized hold of the deponent [McMahon]," as he was walking west on 127th Street, and "did carry him into the hallway of 277 West 127th Street." Once in the hallway, the two men stabbed him "in the side of the body," and went through his pockets - stealing fifty-cents therefrom.
