While outside 65 West 127th Street, the defendant [Holley] and a man and woman not arrested approached the deponent [Minieri] and forced him into the top floor hallway of said premises at knifepoint. The unknown man then “[took] violent hold of and held deponent by the throat,” while the defendant searched his person – stealing a gold watch and chain [valued at $38.50].
