"Gladstone Grey, 29, elevator operator of 328 West 145th Street... was arraigned on a charge of raping a homeless girl of 19 years of age. The girl testified that she had met Grey a few days before the alleged attack. On the evening in question, August 7, she said, she lost her job and asked the defendant to come and help her remove her belongings. She further alleged that Grey took her to his apartment and while there attacked her."
