The defendant [Cash], in concert with two others not arrested, accosted the deponent in front of a West 117th Street building. One of the assailants said “keep your mouth shut,” while another placed hands hands in the deponent's overall pockets. A police officer “observed defendant and the two men grouped around the deponent,” and when he approached them, “they ran away.” After a chase the officer managed to apprehend the defendant.
