"Three men and two women arrested in a raid Thursday by Detectives McMahon, Erb and Monahan of the Narcotics Squad were held on $500 bail each on two charges of possession of drugs and impairing the morals of a minor when arraigned before Magistrate Aurelio in Harlem Court Monday... When the detectives crashed into an apartment at 115 West 119th Street they found a 14-year-old school boy, with five other persons, under the influence of heroin. According to the police, the youth is a narcotic addict."
