After “soliciting deponent [Nelson] for immoral purposes,” defendant Campbell Drew took him to her West 126th Street apartment, where she “did strike deponent on the head with a cup” and steal $10 from his person. She then ran upstairs and gave the cash to an unknown man, who returned with her and “did strike deponent on the head with the open blade of a knife and did chase deponent out of the apartment.”
