After leaving his furnished room, the deponent [Coleman] returned home to find the door broken open and a suit and overcoat missing. The deponent later saw the overcoat being worn by defendant Lee who, upon his arrest, claimed to have bought it from defendant Hudson. The suit was subsequently found to also be in the possession of defendant Hudson.
