The deponent was accosted by two unidentified men on West 120th Street, who forced her into the hallway of a nearby building. The defendant and an unidentified female then appeared and, while the three men held the deponent, the female searched her pockets – stealing $26 – before fleeing the hallway. The deponent chased them, and saw the defendant run into his nearby apartment, where he was subsequently arrested by a police officer.
