"Charles L. Evans, beauty expert, will give an elaborate hair show at the West 137th Street branch of the Y. W. C. A. on Tuesday evening, October 16. Mr. Evans has just returned from a tour, which has included Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Little Rock, Kansas City, Washington and Philadelphia.
