"Charles Keen, 34, of 215 West 148th Street, pleaded guilty... on Thursday last of a charge of violation of the A. B. C. Law. Detective Matthews of the 6th Division alleged that Keene sold him a half-pint of whiskey for 15 cents while in the defendant's home on August 1."
