Charles Harris allegedly robs Sam Schwartz

While on the corner of East 115th Street and Madison Avenue, the deponent [Schwartz] was approached by an unknown man, who snatched a box [containing a lady’s jacket and skirt] from under his left arm. The defendant [Harris] then stood in front of the deponent, “preventing him from pursuing and apprehending the unknown man,” and said in a threatening manner, “what do you running, you cock sucker.”
