The defendant [Gee], acting in concert with two others not arrested, stole a “metal box” – containing $340 in cash, $100 worth of jewelry, and $100 in postal savings receipts – from under the ice box in deponent’s Park of Avenue “express and moving van business.” When arrested, the defendant admitted to having been paid $15 for his part in the larceny.
