The defendant, while acting in concert with a minor [John Saunders], gained access to the deponent's laundry, which had been locked for the day, by breaking the glass window leading from the street. The two were arrested inside premises shortly afterward, in possession of 45 cents, a pen, and a pencil belonging to the deponent.
