Allen Jackson robs Michael Costabile

The deponent [Costabile], about to alight from a stopped train at the West 135th Street subway station, was “crowded against” by the defendant [Jackson] and two unidentified men, “one of whom placed his hand in the left front pocket of [deponent’s] trousers, and took therefrom [$10 cash].” The deponent then “made an outcry,” to which the defendant “jump[ed] from the station platform to the tracks, while the two men disappeared in the crowd with had gathered.”
