"Albert Goodlet, 32, a CWA worker of 24 West 140th Street, was held for investigation and sentencing... in Washington Heights Court... when he was found guilty of assaulting his wife, Odell, in their home on September 26. Mrs. Goodlett testified that her husband came home on the evening in question in an intoxicated condition and beat and kicked her... and threw her out of the window of their building."
